A free 20-minute call
A chance to ask questions and see whether working together feels right, with no obligation.
Free · 20 minutes · No obligation
My first question is never "What's wrong with you?" It's "What happened to you?"
A relaxed 20-minute chat to talk about what's been going on and ask any questions. It's a chance to see whether working together feels right for you, or for your child or teenager.
How it works
A chance to ask questions and see whether working together feels right, with no obligation.
In person in Ayrshire or online. We start with what your nervous system has been carrying, and build from there.
Simple practices you can use at home, so you keep more room to respond and hard days don't have to take over.
Pick a time that suits you, then answer a few short questions so I can prepare. A sentence or two is plenty, and there's no pressure to book anything afterwards.
Parents: if the call is about your child or teenager, a parent or guardian joins the call too.
Please only share what you're comfortable with. We can talk about the rest on the call. See my privacy notice for how I look after your information.
